Tim Clairmont MDRT Gives Day Fundraiser

MDRT Gives Day is an online, one-day, global fundraising event that unites the MDRT community in supporting the MDRT Foundation’s global grant programs. An exclusive member benefit, the global grant programs empower MDRT members to support charitable causes that provide lasting solutions for worldwide challenges such as hunger, illiteracy and access to medical care.

This year, the Foundation is celebrating its 60th anniversary.

It would be easy to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the MDRT Foundation through numbers. We could look at how the Foundation gave $7 million in grants in its first 39 years and nearly $30 million in its last 21 years. But the MDRT Foundation is so much more than numbers — it’s the people involved, giving and receiving those grants.

This year, I chose to get involved by fundraising for MDRT Gives Day, taking place on November 12.  This would also be a great time for you to get involved or become even more involved in your Foundation. Funds raised through Gives Day will help fund the Foundation’s global grant programs.
